The upstairs accommodation is accessed by two staircases, one from the hall and one directly from the living room. The super king bedroom features a hand-crafted elm wardrobe, and the ensuite has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom, a comfortable double room, features an industrial-style hanging rack and the ensuite has a bath with an overhead shower.
The Cottage is surrounded by a 14-acre smallholding, which includes a small flock of Herwick Sheep, horses, chickens, ducks, and a small flock of doves. Originally a dairy cattle shed that belonged to the Angerton estate, it was then used as stabling, and the children's ponies used to live in what is now the living room.
